Alev is based in Istanbul and uses traditional Ottoman and modern geometric designs to hand-bead and embroider cushions, wall hangings, curtain fabrics and throws.  Alev’s collection also includes her trademark tassel sets which can be used to adorn walls or window spaces.  The unique designs are extremely intricate and labour-intensive; her classic and contemporary collections are stylish and timeless lending themselves to all manners of work and all areas within the living space.
